Dare to Dream online workshop.
In African spirituality it is said we all have a unique gift to share and we need to have the right mentors and support to help us fulfil our dreams.
This workshop is for you if you,
Had a clear plan for the year, but you lost motivation and stopped giving your goals the attention they require to manifest.
You’re at a crossroads and unsure what your next steps are, but you know something needs to change.
You have lost your confidence and need some help to pursue your goals and dreams.
This session will include meditation, ancestral guidance, learning about divine destiny from an African perspective, journalling, mentoring and discussion.
As a workshop facilitator I draw from my experience as a mentor, yoga teacher, qualified social worker and African spiritual researcher.
"People carry something important that they must deliver into this world, and mentors help to deliver this genius to the community and to give it fertile ground to burst forth and blossom. Each person must be assisted at giving birth to their genius." Malidma Patrice Some

I have attended two of Emma’s workshops. I really like Emma’s style of delivery.
The workshops brought like minded women together and gave us the opportunity to explore using Emma’s journal prompts. They were great prompts and I had lots of revelations arise. I recommend this workshop if you want to explore your hearts desires and bring your ideas to the surface.” Grace Francis |
About me
My name is Emma Kelly and pronouns are she/her and I am African Caribbean and white British.
I'm a yoga and meditation teacher and I have been figuring out how best to work within a spiritual practice outside my ancestral lineage.
I'm an avid traveller and love to learn about cultures and spiritual traditions around the world, this led me to organise and host yoga retreats in Morocco and India.
Over the past three years I have been on a journey of learning about African spiritual traditions and reconnecting to the lineage of my Jamaican ancestors.
Some of my most recent teachers and mentors have been Dr Rosales Meza a Xicana/Mexicana healer, Asha Frost an indigenous medicine person and Luvena Rangel Indian yoga teacher and philosopher. I also wish to mention the work of Ancestral voices and their online platform bringing awareness of African spirituality.
I'm a qualified social worker, however I haven't been working in the field for several years.
I'm learning to navigate how to run a business which allows me to dream, rest, play in a way that is in integrity with my values of creating genuine community and support.
I love books, tarot, walking in the woods, deep conversations and seeing women of colour win.
